Ingredients: Apple pieces, lemon balm leaves, rose hip peel, natural flavor, rose petals (4%), dandelion herb, meadowsweet herb, lady's mantle herb, elderflower, cornflower blossoms, silver lime blossoms, orange peel (0.5%), marigold blossoms
Preparation:
Water temperature: 100°C
Brewing time: 5-8 minutes
Amount of tea: 1-2 tsp/cup

By the way: Herbal tea refers to infusions with aromatic herbs and plants. Herbal teas may have the word tea in their name, but as they are not made from parts of the Camellia sinensis plant, they are not teas in the true sense of the word. Instead, the bark, stems, roots, seeds, fruits and leaves of other plants are used as ingredients. With the exception of mate tea, herbal tea contains no caffeine. As diverse as the world of herbs is, so is the world of possible tea blends.
