Pu Erh raspberry cream
Its production method distinguishes Pu-Er from black tea. Black tea oxidizes, i.e. the polyphenols in the tea react with the oxygen in the air. In Pu-erh tea, on the other hand, microorganisms are active which change the components of the tea leaves in the course of their metabolic processes. Large, small, younger and older leaves are used as the starting product. Pu-erh tea and post-fermented tea from other regions of the world - the majority mainly from China - are therefore the only truly fermented teas. The aroma and taste of pu-erh tea are exceptional: earthy and spicy, but also soft, full-bodied and round.
Our Pu Erh Raspberry Cream impresses with the fruity taste of raspberries and a splash of cream. When brewed
the soft aroma of this composition wafts into the room, and after the first sip this tea is a "must" on the tea shelf.
